Dance2Fit is a fun, energetic, high-intensity workout.
Dance2Fit uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout. All of our Dance2Fit workouts take place in an encouraging and positive environment.
This is a low-impact, full body workout that will rapidly and safely transform your body unlike any workout you have ever tried. The 50-minute session is designed to accommodate any age and fitness level, from novice to expert. Challenging, yet achievable, our method will burn fat and calories by combining exercises using the Ballet Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training. The end result produces tightened, sculpted, elongated muscles that create a beautiful lean body.
Hip Hop Level 1 combines basic easy to follow hip hop foundation moves incorporating footwork, rocking, and various styles of hip hop.
Music will be a mix of all eras, 80's, 90's and today's pop and hip hop hits. This class will get your brain working as well as get your heart pumping for 50 minutes of fun, funk, and sweat!
Kickboxing is a great workout, perhaps one of the most challenging of all sports, and we want to bring you the intensity of the training, minus the impact. We’ll teach you how to roll with the punches by pushing you further than you thought possible.
A line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. Unlike circle dancing, line dancers are not in physical contact with each other.
STRENGTH AND RESISTANCE TRAINING:
Our STRENGTH class is a weight-lifting class that uses dumbbells and resistance bands. Members focus on building lean muscle by performing multi-joint exercises at low reps with high resistance. Trainers stress a high attention on form and progressive overload for the best gains possible with a lower risk of connective tissue injury.
STRETCH & RELEASE
Stretch & Release class offers a blend of gentle somatic yoga flows, muscle releasing and myofascial releasing techniques to ease tension, increase range of motion and reduce pain and recovery time.
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines. Yoga is a great way to work on your flexibility and strength. Just about everyone can do it, too! It’s not just for people who can touch their toes or want to meditate.

Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
